Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operation theatre, surgical instruments, and equipment before procedures.
- Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
- Monitor patient condition and ensure safe patient transfer.
- Maintain surgical records, instrument counts, and OT documentation.
- Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and availability of OT supplies.
